LET a french-Australian Love STORY UNFOLD

Andrew & Justine, this is a proposal for your personal wedding | Nutting Hill Villa | 11. October 2025

You're planning something thoughtful

A personal and intimate celebration where the focus is on quality over quantity, and where you can truly be yourselves. With family coming in from France and two families coming together, this day is about more than just a legal wedding — it’s about connection.

Your vision reminds me of a beautifully grounded film, sometimes even documentary-like: calm, meaningful, and real. Lots of handheld shots, authentic audio, and warm colors that reflect the feeling of the day. That’s why I didn’t want this proposal to just be a list of packages — it’s a starting point for creating something truly tailored to you.

I know you’ve done your research and already have a clear idea of what matters to you. I respect that, and my role is to support you — not to direct your day, but to help bring it to life in a way that reflects who you are. Something your future children can watch one day to see what their Maman and Dad were like.

Whether it’s capturing Andrew’s feelings before the ceremony, or stepping back so you can completely forget the camera is even there, the aim is to document your day in the most honest and human way possible.

Let’s dive in.

  • Thoughtfully filmed moments over staged scenes (with just a bit of subtle guidance)
  • Honest emotion and beautiful imperfections
  • A film crafted to reflect your story and day — not anyone else’s

A Personal Film, Not Just another Wedding Video

Here’s where it gets interesting — let’s talk about how we shape something meaningful that fits your intimate wedding.

Nico’s attention to detail is outstanding; he captured the sentiment behind the big important moments as well as the quiet, subtle ones. We could not be happier with our final wedding video, which is a direct product of Nico’s creative visioning and ideas.

What I Focus On While Filming for You

01 | Capturing What Matters

Not every moment needs to be big to be important. Whether it’s Andrew’s quiet anticipation or a spontaneous laugh with your families at dinner, I focus on those in-between moments that show the heartbeat of the day.

02 | Blending Real & Planned

I’ll film the spontaneous hugs and the carefully planned vows, weaving them together so naturally that watching your film will feel like returning to a memory—not watching a production.

03 | A Safe Space to Just Be Yourselves

You don’t have to perform. My filming style is subtle, letting you be present. If you’d like to include an interview-style reflection or something more candid, I’m here to support that—but only ever if it feels right for you.

Tailored with Intention

The packages I’ve included here are shaped around what I believe you're looking for: something thoughtful, personal, and crafted with care—just like your wedding day. I didn’t list my more simplified “Wedding Day Film” option, which is more affordable but offers a straightforward, linear film without the emotional depth or story-driven style that gives a film lasting meaning.

I also left out extras like ceremony or speech cuts for now, because I had the feeling you're after something more immersive—something you’ll want to revisit not just to see what happened, but to feel it again. That said, if there's anything you were hoping to see included, I’d love to chat about it and tailor things further - for transparency the price for an extra ceremony cut can be found in the optional add-ons in the packages.

Custom packages, made for you

  • Offer 1 - Your wedding day storytelling package

A handcrafted wedding film that captures the essence of your day through emotional storytelling and immersive sound design. Told in a non-linear way, the film focuses less on chronology and more on feeling—bringing together the laughter, stillness, and personal moments to form something that truly feels like you. For a couple like you who values authenticity and connection, this is a gentle but powerful way to preserve your day.

    Price: $3100

  • Offer 2 - The Love Story Film *my recommendation*

Option 2 – The Love Story Film

My personal recommendation for you two
This one goes deeper. Alongside the storytelling of your wedding day, we’ll create a separate couple session beforehand to explore your relationship in a honest and subtle way. It’s also a relaxed way to get comfortable with me before the wedding, so you’ll forget the camera even faster. This film blends your wedding with your love story and becomes something truly personal. If you imagine your kids watching this one day to see who you really were, this is the film that shows them.

    Price: $3600

  • Offer 3 - The all days all nights film

For the couple who wants to remember everything, this is the one. I’ll film two days of your weekend—not just the wedding day, but the little moments before and after. When families first meet, when nerves quietly build, when laughter fills the air over dinner. Especially with Justine’s mum and sister travelling from France, this gives us the space to show both worlds coming together—not just through the big events, but through the subtle in-betweens that make the weekend feel whole. It’s a chance to document the full atmosphere, not just the ceremony or party—but the connection everyone shares. And if you’re up for it, we can get creative: weaving in short interviews from family members or even the two of you. It becomes more than a film—it becomes a time capsule.

Our video is the perfect balance of the emotions and feels of the day, mixed with the love, energy, fun, and our personalities. We can’t thank Nico enough for the amazing memory he has created for us, on a day that just goes by so fast. We now have an everlasting memory to celebrate together — and one we’ll get to relive with our children as they grow.

A Few Extras…

01

A quiet presence, with a watchful eye

I do my best to interfere as little as possible—especially when meaningful moments are happening. My approach is grounded in observation: staying close enough to capture what matters, but never so close that it pulls anyone out of the experience.

If we decide to include something intentional as interviews or personal reflections on the day, I’ll ease them in gently—making them feel like a natural extension of what’s already unfolding.

02

Help to create space

You’re clearly thoughtful planners. That said, I’m here to help create the space you want to be fully present. I prepare with intention—never to stage your day, but to give it room to breathe. Whether it’s shaping a timeline that allows for quiet moments or offering input when you're unsure, I’m here to support without overstepping.

You’ll have unlimited calls and check-ins if needed, and together we’ll make space for what matters.

03

Cinematic Storytelling Approach

My films are handcrafted, blending documentary-style audio with carefully chosen music and immersive sound design. I record throughout the day to also pick up the real, unscripted sounds where possible—your voices, laughter, quiet exchanges—and build the film’s rhythm also around those moments. Every detail is selected to make the final piece feel true and transportive.

04

Planning between intention and intuition

I’m not the kind of filmmaker who just shows up and hopes for the best—but I’m also not here to script your day. I come prepared, knowing what matters to you and how to shape the timeline to give those moments room. I think ahead about light, pacing, and story—but when the day arrives, I stay responsive. That balance—between intention and intuition—is what helps couples relax. You can let go, knowing the details are being held with care.

05

From morning nerves to the final dance

I’m with you the whole day—not just for the ceremony or the pretty light. I arrive in the morning when the nerves and excitement are real, and I stay until the night winds down and the last glasses are raised. That full presence lets me capture the honest flow of your day—its quiet beginnings, emotional highs, and everything in between. I’m not in a rush to leave, because I know some of the best moments unfold when no one’s watching the clock.

06

You don’t have to worry about the technical side…

…I've got it covered. I come fully prepared with everything needed to make sure your film looks and sounds its best. For the ceremony, I use 3–4 cameras to capture every angle without being in the way. You’ll be fitted with discreet lavalier microphones, and I use professional audio recorders to ensure every word is crisp and clear. I also bring lighting gear for key moments like speeches or your first dance, so even the dimly lit spaces feel warm and cinematic on screen.

Let's create something honest together.

If any part of this feels right for you, I’d love to be part of your wedding day.

If you’re imagining something different, send me an email or let’s talk about it on our call tomorrow.

If it already feels like the right fit, you can skip ahead and send me your details — I’ll get the contract ready to secure your date. Otherwise I am excited to hear what you think when we talk tomorrow at 06.30pm.
