I create wedding films for couples who don’t want a copy-paste version of their day.
All my films are created with intention.
I mix modern storytelling inspired by documentaries, music videos and cinema with touches of Super 8 or VHS with one goal in mind:
To craft a film that reflects your story.

Why I do what I do
From teaching to wedding films
When I was a teacher, the best part was seeing students light up when they made something that was truly theirs. What frustrated me was the pressure to make everyone fit the same mould.
Later, looking at wedding films, I saw the same thing.
So many looked alike: slow motion, muted colors, epic music. Pretty, but not like the couples I knew.
Then I found a storytelling wedding film. It had heart and personality.
I knew that’s what I wanted to do.
Craft wedding films that feel alive. With the weirdness, the messy middle and all the emotions that could only belong to one couple.

I'm also here to listen, notice the small stuff, and create something that feels like you — not just a highlight reel with pretty music. Every film is intentional and true to your love.

On the day, I'm not a stranger with a camera, so you can feel more comfortable. That trust makes real films possible — personal, honest, never boring.

I care about the little things — the nerves before the aisle, your friends’ reactions during speeches, how the light hits when you finally exhale. I’ll plan with you, support you as best as I can and make sure you feel looked after from start to finish. Because care is what makes film and photos feel genuine — not just pretty, but also like you.
Five things you’ll probably remember about me

I moved with my Aussie wife and our little daughter to Australia at the start of 2025. Vegemite-and-cream pancakes were my first taste of “Aussie culture” (and I’m still recovering).

I was drawing and publishing a comic book anthology called “Jazam!” back in Germany up until 2023.

I’m a sucker for interior design — give me a Saturday with a paintbrush, a new chair, and a flower shop, and I’m happy.

When I’m not filming, I love cooking Ottolenghi dishes and escaping into the mountains (my version of epic peace).

Maybe an unpopular opinion, I believe couples don’t need every second of their day in photos or multiple films. You need a film and photos that are rewatchable.
